This is a COED 6 on 6 charity beach tournament which will be held at Cobourg Beach on Saturday July 28th, 2018. For more information visit http://stormthebeach.ca/

If you are entering a team of all adults then just print page 1 and have all your team mates sign it before the tournament. If your team has juniors then you can either send the parents the second sheet or get the parents signature on the team sheet.
