This discounted membership registration is for players 18 and under as of Jan 1st of this year. This registration should be completed by a legal parent or gaurdian who wishes to sign their child up for an adult league or to play on a DUC competitive junior team such as STUD or Nightfury.

The membership fee of $15 + HST($1.95) that you are about to purchase will cover your child for the summer, fall and indoor Adult leagues. Please have your credit card ready.

You do not need to print the document since we will be collecting your approval during the online registration.
