General League Information
- 38 COED Recreational teams
- 4 Divisions of 6-12 teams (A division is for experienced players while the D division is for Beginners)
- Movement between divisions occurs at the end of each year
- Age limit - 15 years of age and over
- Sunday night games at played mainly at the Ritson Soccer Fields in Oshawa, however, some games are played at other fields in Oshawa, Bowmanville and Whtiby.
- Start times of 5 pm and 7 pm until August when it becomes 4 pm and 6 pm.
- Spring, Summer and Fall tournaments
- Frisbee Golf tournaments

- End of year parties

The game is also being played at more than 12 elementary schools and several high schools including Bowmanville High School who were the Ontario Champions in 2006.
One of the reasons why Ultimate has become so popular worldwide is that it is played by all age levels, at all skill levels, and by both sexes. The only equipment needed is a pair of soccer cleats and a disc!
Ultimate has traditionally relied upon the philosophy known as Spirit of the Game to describe the respect that every player has for the rules of the game, and for their fellow players. Players officiate themselves; therefore implicit in Ultimate is the assumption that no one will cheat to gain an unfair advantage. Ultimate players keep the Spirit alive by maintaining this high level of trust, no matter how competitive the game becomes.
It has also been growing worldwide and Canada has been quite dominant in all categories.
