2023/2024 INDOOR NEWS
The Durham Ultimate club is pleased to announce that this year we will
once again be running our very popular 6v6 Sunday league and Tuesday 7 V7 league.
Please note that to play in any of DUC’s indoor leagues you must have
purchased a DUC membership.
All indoor league games will occur at the Whitby Indoor Soccer Centre at
695 Rossland Road West in Whitby.
Since the Sunday indoor and Tuesday indoor leagues are mainly comprised
of adults, the recommended age is 18 and over, however, parents or legal
guardians can electronically sign a waiver to allow their children to
participate so long as the child is in high school. This means
that children who are not yet in high school (therefore still in
elementary school) are not allowed to play in this league.Parents are expected
to be at the games to supervise their children.
Format: 6 on 6 speed point on small field (minimum of 12 players per team)
# Teams: 16-24 (first come first served)
Game Times: possible times include 11, 12, 1, 2, 3 and 4 pm
Ratio: This year we will be playing with a minimum of 3 women on the field at any
time. If any teams cannot meet this requirement,
they should contact Kevin to ask for help in recruiting more women.
Level: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced (write your preferred level and ratio
in the comment section when you send the etransfer)
Team Fee: $1260 due asap to hold your spot. If you choose to back out prior to the
season $50 is non-refundable to cover administrative costs. Once the season
starts, refunds will not be granted unless games are cancelled by DUC, in which
case full refunds(or credits) for any missed games will be granted. In
order to register your team please send an email transfer to email@example.com. We no longer accept
Chain Reaction Teams
Registration for the junior division, which is run by the junior coaches, will be open soon.
Adult Individual Fee: $105 (paid online). The team will consist of 14
players where 7 must be women. In the case where not enough individuals or
women sign up to make a full team your money will be refunded. To register as
an individual look on the right side of the homepage for a link.
Dates: Sundays from October 22nd – Dec 17th
# games: 9
Tuesday League October - December
Format: 7 on 7 speed point on full field.
# Teams: 8 (first come first served)
Game Times: 7 and 8 pm
Ratio: Player Ratio will be at least 4 Women for one half and at least 3 Women
for the other half. A disc flip will determine which half is which ratio and
the switch happens 25 mins into the game. To begin the ratio change the team in
possession will announce that the ratio change is occurring and teams will have
40 seconds to achieve the desired ratio.
Level: Intermediate / Advanced (although there will not be divisions this year
please write your level preference in the comments of the etransfer). All teams
will play each other but more advanced teams may play each other more often.
Team Fee: $1900. If you choose to back out prior to the season $50 is

refunds will not be granted unless the cancellation is due to a cancellation by Whitby FC, in which case full refunds for any missed games
