| It was a tough day of disc golf despite the perfect conditions. The signs of rust were evident on all who attended. For the first round the top score was about 8 over with lots of silly mistakes and over confident attempts. But really the first round is just the warm up, since no one has ever tied or beat the record on their first round. In the second round I was on a record breaking pace at even par until the 13th when I quadruple bogeyed. And then the wheels fell off as my arm fatigued and I finished with about 10, maybe even more, over due to another quadruple bogey on the 16th. Needlesss to say I am anxious to get out there again soon to try and beat the record while the foliage is minimal. If you want to go let me know. |
