| Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone has experience playing ultimate with a custom Knee Brace. I have to choose between a DonJoy Defiance 3 and a lighter Bledsoe Z-12 Dynamic. Not sure which one to pick so was wondering if anyone had any experience with a custom knee brace they would be willing to share. The brace is required because I tore my ACL in a summer game. |

| I wore a donjoy when I tore my ACL a bunch of years ago. Don't know what model it was, but it worked fine for me. |

| Donjoys are great. Its not the weight that you get concerned with. Its the straps squeezing the muscles and causing cramps. |
